WOW Logistics recently promoted Sandy Lindberg to Director of Process Improvement. Lindberg’s career with WOW began in 2015, as a Controller. In 2017, she was promoted to Business & Process Strategy Manager, where she was responsible for key performance indicator (KPI) and standard operating procedure (SOP) dashboard management, budgeting, and financial analysis.

In her new role, she will take on additional responsibilities, including forecasting, conducting internal audits, and analyzing and improving key processes.

“Sandy has an outstanding attitude and work ethic. She is a forward thinker who is always striving for growth,” said Lynda Farrell, Chief Financial Officer. “She is persistent at identifying broken processes, and her ability to implement improvements efficiently is a substantial asset to the company.”

As she steps into her new position, Lindberg’s goal is to aid the company in the identification, standardization, and documentation of processes for accuracy and efficiency. To start, she will focus on operations and leasing, where she plans to pinpoint areas where revenue sources are overlooked and create guidelines to ensure WOW Logistics receives adequate compensation for its services.

“I am excited to oversee the design and implementation of solutions across the company,” said Lindberg. “These solutions will support WOW’s continued growth and focus on maximizing financial success.”

Prior to WOW Logistics, Lindberg was with LaForce, Inc. for 24 years. She earned an accounting degree from the University of Wisconsin – LaCrosse and has her CPA license. Lindberg is also a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
