“I’m looking forward to developing my skills, working with my team to resolve issues, and, above all, interacting with customers to facilitate process improvements and foster growth,” said Kago.
His long-term goal is to leverage his skillset and existing network in the region to increase customer volume, support continued company growth, and improve operational performance via expert process flow implementation, effective and approachable leadership, exceptional customer service, and the establishment of clear objectives.
“Kevin possesses a unique mix of technical, analytical, customer management, and personnel leadership experiences. He will make a great addition to the WOW team,” concluded Kamerer.
