Nika Wanserski accepts the WOW Logistics® Paper Science and Engineering Scholarship from WOW’s Vice President of Marketing Randy F. Radtke.

Appleton, Wis. – June 15, 2015: WOW Logistics® recently named Nika Wanserski as the winner of its paper science and engineering scholarship. Wanserski is a junior at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point. She was presented the honor last month as part of the Wisconsin Paper Council annual meeting at the Bridgewood Resort Hotel & Conference Center in Neenah, Wis.
A Madison native, Wanserski is a double major (paper science and engineering, and Spanish), as well as a double minor (chemistry and biofuels). She interned as a TAD process engineer at Clearwater Paper in Las Vegas, and is the treasurer of UW-Steven Point’s TAPPI student organization. After graduation, she hopes to work as an engineer at a tissue mill.

Founded in 2010, the $1,000 WOW Logistics®’ scholarship is awarded annually to a qualifying student seeking their degree in the field of paper science and engineering from UW-Stevens Point.
