WOW Logistics® Announces Dairy Science Scholarship Winner

Appleton, Wis. – April 26, 2016: WOW Logistics Company® recently awarded its dairy science scholarship at South Dakota State University (SDSU) to Kaelyn Dammann. Dammann, a junior at the school, was presented the honor April 14 at the SDSU Dairy Science Department Scholarship Banquet.

A native of Mitchell, SD, Dammann is a dairy manufacturing major, and will graduate in May 2017. In addition to being a full-time student, she is working and receiving training at the Davis Dairy Plant that was opened at SDSU in 2011. This $9.3 million dairy plant was made possible by contributions from the dairy industry and dairy farmers from across the United States.

Founded in 2011, the $1,000 WOW Logistics® Scholarship in dairy science is awarded annually to a qualifying student seeking their degree in the field of dairy manufacturing at SDSU.
