WOW Logistics® Co. Promotes Stacey Warning

Appleton, Wis. – Dec. 11, 2015: WOW Logistics Company® recently promoted Stacey Warning to the position of vice president of legal affairs. She previously served as WOW’s staff attorney and corporate compliance officer.

In addition to the promotion, Warning was elected by WOW’s Board of Directors to serve as a corporate officer.

Warning, who began her career with WOW Logistics® in 2013, previously worked as a contract attorney at LaForce, Inc. in Green Bay.

She obtained her juris doctor degree from Hamline University School of Law in 2010, and holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Denison University. Warning is a member of the Wisconsin, Illinois, and Minnesota State Bar associations, as well as the Outagamie County Bar Association.

A resident of Shiocton, she also is a member of that community’s school board.
