WOW Logistics® recently hired Alex Willey as Insides Sales Manager.

Prior to WOW Logistics, Willey was an Insides Sales Representative with J.J. Keller. In this role, he consulted with new and existing customers to navigate safety and compliance challenges, supported sales pipeline management, and assisted clients with training, recordkeeping, and online solutions.

As Inside Sales Manager, Willey is responsible for collaborating with Account Managers on strategic accounts. He will coordinate contract renewals, nurture relationships, and perform daily customer service tasks. Additionally, he will manage midsize accounts.

To start, Willey will focus on familiarizing himself with WOW’s portfolio of supply chain solutions.

Long-term, Willey’s goal is to nurture and develop current and future customer partnerships.
