WOW Logistics recently welcomed Jenell Tirado as the Director of Supply Chain Development.

Tirado brings more than 15 years of experience in the cold storage industry, including 12 years in warehouse operations and sales.

“Jenell’s experience in cold chain and warehousing operations, including multi-site, port-centric, and distribution center management will be integral to WOW’s growth,” said WOW’s Chief Commercial Officer, Carl Fowler.

Throughout her career, Tirado has held leadership roles at CORE X Partners, Americold Logistics, Lineage Logistics, and Seaonus Cold Storage. She has consistently delivered key performance indicator (KPI) improvements, enhanced operational efficiencies, and driven profit growth through strategic planning, client relationship management, and process optimization.

“I am looking forward to helping WOW expand its third-party logistics (3PL) cold storage footprint and introducing new customers to our network,” said Tirado.

“Her proven ability to build customer-centric solutions and turn around underperforming facilities underscores her capacity to drive value and operational excellence in the cold storage and logistics industry,” said Fowler.

As Director of Supply Chain Development, Tirado will be responsible for identifying, researching, and pursuing new business opportunities in target markets, leveraging data and insight to drive effective prospecting and demand generation efforts. She will also lead and manage pursuit strategies for high-value opportunities while coordinating internal resources and aligning sales tactics to customer objectives and timelines.

“My goal is to identify and pursue qualified projects and customers to ensure WOW’s continued success,” said Tirado.
