WOW Logistics® recently hired Jennifer Schroeder as Real Estate Inside Sales Coordinator.

Prior to WOW Logistics, Schroeder was with Associated Bank as a Senior Residential Loan Quality Assurance Tech. She brings nearly two decades of experience in customer service, commercial loan operations, documentation compliance, mortgage loan processing, and third-party loans.

As Real Estate Inside Sales Coordinator, Schroeder is responsible for collaborating with the Manager of Real Estate and Leasing to drive profitable growth. She will assist with lease negotiations, coordinate lease renewals, conduct general market research, and provide customer support. Additionally, she will spearhead external communication for marketing initiatives.

“With Jenny joining the team, we will enhance our leasing service and marketing campaigns,” said Jamie Sager, Manager of Real Estate and Leasing. “She will elevate customer service and lower vacancy levels.”

Short-term, Schroeder will familiarize herself with WOW’s portfolio to better service the company’s customers and source new leads to backfill upcoming lease space.

Moving forward, she aims to utilize the knowledge she develops to support the company’s continued growth and provide exceptional customer service.
