WOW Logistics® recently hired Jamie Sager as Manager of Real Estate and Leasing.

Prior to WOW Logistics, Sager was with Hendricks Commercial Properties as a Financial Analyst and most recently, Leasing Manager. She oversaw approximately five million square feet of retail, office, and industrial space, and drove net operating income via competitive rent, high occupancy levels, and tenant relationship cultivation.

As Manager of Real Estate and Leasing, Sager is responsible for facilitating real estate development opportunities, nurturing lease customer relationships, coordinating inspections, ensuring contract compliance, and assisting with industrial build-to-lease development and real estate acquisition qualifications.

“Jamie will manage our leasing strategy, anticipating competition and securing finalized leases to achieve company objectives,” said Tyler Lenz, Chief Financial Strategy Officer. “She will build relationships with economic development resources, contractors, and brokers in existing and emerging markets to develop opportunities leading to new customers.”

Sager’s short-term goal is to learn WOW’s lease portfolio and build relationships with the customers with whom she will be working.

“Once I have a better understanding of the needs of our customers, I can leverage that knowledge to cross-sell WOW’s other solution sets and develop new opportunities,” said Sager.

By doing this, Sager will achieve her long-term objective of supporting WOW’s continued growth through new lease opportunities and superior customer service.

“Jamie’s strong background in real estate lease management and marketing, as well as her enthusiasm to tackle challenges, made her the ideal candidate for this position,” said Lenz.
