WOW Logistics® recently hired Nick Stenzel as Inside Sales Manager.
Prior to WOW Logistics, Stenzel was with Holiday Automotive as Guest Experience Manager. In this role, he developed and nurtured customer relationships, maintained extensive vehicle knowledge, and played a pivotal role in accomplishing company objectives, consistently earning the “top producer” position.
As Inside Sales Manager, Stenzel is responsible for collaborating with Account Managers to execute strategic account plans. He will coordinate contract renewals, nurture relationships, and perform daily customer service tasks. Additionally, he will manage midsize accounts.
“I’m looking forward to learning a new industry and leveraging the knowledge and skills I’ve gained throughout my career to optimize our customer relations and develop new opportunities,” said Stenzel.
To start, Stenzel will prioritize cultivating relationships with WOW’s current customer base.
“Understanding their objectives allows me to seek out avenues to expand partnerships and achieve mutually beneficial goals,” said Stenzel.
Long-term, he plans to expand existing strategic accounts as well as attract new business to support the company’s growth and business objectives.
