WOW Logistics® Hires Tom Kraabel as Senior Vice President of Human Resources

WOW Logistics recently hired Tom Kraabel as Senior Vice President of Human Resources.

Kraabel brings more than 25 years of human resources leadership experience across multiple industries and regions. Prior to WOW Logistics, Kraabel served as Vice President of Human Resources – Asia Pacific & Japan at TD SYNNEX Corporation. He led the harmonization of HR practices across the region, guided major acquisitions and integrations, and implemented globally consistent compensation, benefits, and talent strategies. Prior to TD SYNNEX, Kraabel held senior HR leadership positions with Pall Corporation, Mastercard, Ingram Micro, Honeywell, and AlliedSignal, as well as founding his own consulting practice.

As Senior Vice President of Human Resources, he is responsible for leading strategic initiatives across talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational design, while aligning HR practices across the company to support growth and efficiency.

Short term, Kraabel aims to gain a thorough understanding of how WOW operates so that he can effectively lead the company’s HR function and align with WOW’s broader growth plans. He’s spending time with team members and visiting facilities across the company to get a full picture.

Through initiatives that enhance talent acquisition, leadership development, and employee engagement, he aims to ensure the HR function not only supports but accelerates WOW’s business goals.
