WOW Logistics® recently promoted Clay Prickette to Vice President of Operations, Eastern Region.

Prickette joined WOW in early 2019 as Director of Operations, bringing with him more than 20 years of executive-level supply chain leadership.

As Vice President of Operations, Eastern Region, Prickette will oversee operations and performance metrics at five distribution centers, where he will be responsible for customer relations, continuous improvement, and profit and loss management. Additionally, Prickette will play a key role in supporting new eastern region projects.

“I’m looking forward to the opportunity to strategically collaborate with additional customers and operations to define and meet their business objectives and expectations,” Prickette said.

His short-term goal is to enhance customer support through improved review processes that identify business environment changes and continuous improvement opportunities.

Prickette’s long-term strategy includes designing and implementing team improvement plans to continuously develop personnel to sustain WOW’s perpetual growth.

Prior to WOW Logistics, Prickette was with Shopko Stores Operations Company, LLC for 34 years in various roles, including Director of Inventory Management, Vice President of Planning and Replenishment Department, and Vice President of Logistics.
