WOW Logistics recently promoted Jordan Cleveland to Director of Transportation Services.

Cleveland has been with WOW Logistics since 2014. During her tenure with the company, she has held various roles including Operations Coordinator, Transportation Coordinator, and, most recently, Carrier Relationship Manager. In that role, she focused on building the company’s carrier network to support customers and drive growth.

As Director of Transportation Services, Cleveland is responsible for driving strategic initiatives, overseeing carrier retention and recruitment, employee training, performance management, compliance, and new business development.

“I’m excited to develop the skillsets within the team to enable them to reach their fullest potential,” said Cleveland. “Each team member is an incredible asset, and their drive allows WOW Logistics to provide exceptional customer service to our customers and carriers.”

Short-term, she will focus on enhancing processes and systems within her department.

“By focusing on process standardization, we can streamline our daily operations and continue providing superior service to our customers and carrier base,” said Cleveland.

Moving forward, she will spearhead initiatives to drive profitable growth with new and existing customers.

“Jordan’s experience, both with WOW and in the industry, along with her determination, positive attitude, aptitude for detail, and approach to leadership made her the clear candidate for the position,” said Bob Balgemann, President.

Prior to WOW Logistics, Cleveland worked in fulfillment with School Specialty. She has 15 years of experience in different facets of the logistics industry.
