WOW Logistics® recently promoted Kelly Kuranda to Account Manager – Commodity Purchase Program.
Kuranda started with WOW in 2017 as Inside Sales Coordinator supporting the Sales team. She transitioned to supporting the WOW COMMODITY PURCHASE PROGRAM® (CPP) team in 2018 where she was responsible for sourcing new opportunities, supporting daily operations, and spearheading external communication for marketing initiatives.
As Account Manager, Kuranda is responsible for developing relationships with new and existing customers, driving sales campaigns, managing full sales cycles, and providing vital support for the ongoing expansion of the CPP.
“I am excited to expand our customer base for the CPP, especially in new vertical markets,” said Kuranda.
Short-term, she aims to leverage her recent market research to drive success in upcoming marketing campaigns.
“I hope to not only grow the pipeline, but also optimize and strengthen existing partnerships,” said Kuranda. “I’m committed to identifying mutually beneficial opportunities.”
Moving forward, she plans to leverage her expertise to enhance customer satisfaction, accomplish customer goals, and, ultimately, propel company growth.
“Kelly’s knowledge of the CPP is invaluable and she will be a huge asset as the program continues to grow,” said Josh Gitter, Director of the Commodity Purchase Program. “Her extensive sales experience is complemented by a talent for cultivating relationships.”
Prior to WOW Logistics, Kuranda was a Senior Sales Representative at J.J. Keller & Associates, Inc. She was responsible for prospecting leads, maintaining existing relationships, and assisting with the implementation of account plans. During her tenure in that role, she only missed her sales quota one time.
