WOW Logistics® recently promoted Nick Dolinsky to Director of Operations, Project Planning and Implementation (PPI).
Dolinsky started his career with WOW in 2020 as Distribution Center Manager of Wisconsin Rapids Dry. In 2022, he was promoted to General Manager of the Menasha facility where he was responsible for overseeing daily operations including scheduling, financials, inventory accuracy, and customer service.
As the Director of Operations, PPI, he will play a key role in the startup of new distribution centers nationwide, providing insights during design, planning, and implementation.
“I’m most excited for the opportunity to play a critical role in the implementation of new and acquired distribution centers,” said Dolinsky. “This position offers a chance to be involved in the entire process which presents a unique opportunity to shape and influence the success of new facilities. I’m also excited to help institute our culture, develop talent, and implement processes that directly impact operational excellence, customer satisfaction, culture, and employee development.”
To start, he will focus on understanding and assessing growth opportunities in the pipeline. From there, he will execute operational plans to ensure smooth go-lives and the achievement of steady-state operations at new distribution centers.
“I want to develop a thorough understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities at each facility, while ensuring proper training and preparation of front-line management,” said Dolinsky.
Long-term, his goal is to create a scalable, efficient framework that supports growth while ensuring safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. He will help distribution centers adapt to market shifts, collaborate on strategic planning and technology integration, and align operations with the company’s goals for growth, profitability, and innovation.
“Nick has proven to be an outstanding operational leader for WOW, driving success in both third-party logistics and dedicated contract operations,” said Clay Prickette, Vice President of Operations. “His expertise spans all facets of warehouse operations, including systems management, budgeting, expenditures, profit and loss management, quality assurance, and customer relations.
