WOW Logistics® recently promoted R. Scott Blamey to Director of Product Management. He will drive software product strategy and prioritization based on customer and market needs.

Blamey joined WOW Logistics in 2017, bringing with him almost two decades of IT experience. As the Business Analysis and Quality Assurance Manager, he led the business analysis team and was responsible for overseeing the upgrade or implementation of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), designing new applications and enhancements, and managing user stories.

In his new role, Blamey will continue to manage the Business Analysis team and focus on releasing a new directed work solution that drives operational efficiency.

He is most excited to redefine WOW’s WMS platform for commercial use and reorganize processes to support business strategies.

“We want to continue to build a deep understanding of our customers’ problems and design effective solutions,” said Blamey.

Blamey’s first goal is to develop a product roadmap and execution strategy. From there, he plans to prepare WOW’s technology suite for external implementations within the next two years.

“Scott takes very complex problems and organizes them into streamlined processes. With his leadership, the team will continue to excel,” said Bill Myers, Vice President of Technology.

Prior to WOW Logistics, Blamey was with Network Health as a Web Strategy Manager. He earned his Master of Business Administration degree from Georgia Tech and his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Principia College.
