WOW Logistics® recently promoted Zach Tatro to Vice President of Sales and Jennifer Christie Von Holt to Manager of Inside Sales to support the restructure of the sales department.
Tatro started with WOW Logistics in 2013 as a Logistics Engineer. In 2016, he was promoted to Account Manager and in 2023 he was promoted to Senior Director of Sales where he was responsible for developing and executing sales plans, for both new and existing customers, to drive strategic growth for the company. As Vice President of Sales, Tatro is responsible for leading the sales team, developing strategic account plans, refining sales processes to optimize efficiency, and aligning sales efforts with business objectives.
“Zach applies his engineering expertise to foster solutions-driven customer relationships,” said Tyler Lenz, Chief Financial Officer. “Highly respected and recognized by the sales and marketing teams, Zach has been instrumental in driving company growth, thanks, in part, to his long-standing relationships with our customers.”
Christie Von Holt joined the WOW team in 2018 as Insides Sales Coordinator. In 2023, she was promoted to Insides Sales Manager where she supported Account Managers with strategic account plan execution, assisted with relationship development, contract renewals, rate negotiations, and daily customer service tasks. She also managed midsize accounts, developing and refining opportunities. In her new role, she will oversee the inside sales team, focusing on driving revenue growth through customer support and refining sales processes.
“Jen is a team player with extensive experience,” said Zach Tatro, Senior Director of Sales. “Her expertise strengthens our team’s capabilities, and her dedication to excellence sets a high standard. We’re fortunate to have her on the team.”
These promotions are part of a departmental restructure aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and better serving WOW’s growing customer base. Additionally, Keegan Morley will transition into the role of Business Development Manager, while Jamie Sager will become Real Estate and Account Manager. Lenz is confident these changes will foster new business opportunities and drive revenue growth through optimized customer service, targeted sales strategies, and effective strategic partnerships—positioning the company for continued success.
