We recognize the significance of the dairy industry to the state of Wisconsin

WOW Logistics® works closely with more than 70 dairy clients to handle and store more than one billion pounds of dairy products each year. We recognize the significance of the dairy industry to the state of Wisconsin. We also understand the high cost of education for students seeking degrees in the dairy field. With this annual scholarship, we strive to encourage and promote careers within the dairy manufacturing industry.

To be eligible for the scholarship, the student must meet the following criteria:

  • Currently enrolled at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, University of Wisconsin-Platteville, or University of Wisconsin-River Falls
  • Enrolled in a program with a dairy emphasis such as dairy science, food science, dairy and food animal management, agricultural engineering, or biological systems engineering, preferably with a dairy manufacturing emphasis
  • Sophomore, junior, or senior level (if senior, must attend school in the fall)
  • In good academic standing

Applications must be completed by March 14, 2025. The winning applicant will be announced on March 21, 2025, and invited to accept the award at the CheeseCon in Madison (odd years) or CheeseExpo Milwaukee (even years).
