Becoming a vendor
with WOW Logistics

The team at WOW Logistics believes that long-term, strategic vendor relationships are key to providing solutions that meet our customer’s needs.  To maintain a mutually beneficial relationship, WOW Logistics requires certain standards and agreements with our vendor partners. These standards may vary based on product types or services provided.

Our Supplier Code of Conduct is driven by the belief that good corporate citizenship is essential to our long-term business success and must be reflected in our relationships, actions in our workplaces, and the workplaces of those who are authorized to directly supply our business. We expect our suppliers to review these standards, and to develop and implement appropriate actions to ensure compliance to these standards.

The process of becoming a strategic vendor starts by selecting your vendor type and returning the completed forms to your WOW Logistics contact. Supplier selection decisions vary on individual business needs, potential competitive advantages and underlying business risks. Questions on becoming a strategic vendor can be directed to purchasing@wowlogistics.com.

New Supplier Relationship Considerations

WOW Logistics uses a competitive solicitation process to select our vendors. In connection with its competitive solicitation process, we consider certain factors, including but not limited to:

  • Be a trusted partner that helps provide solutions that meet our customers’ needs
  • Promote the spirit of WOW Logistics’ safety culture
  • Offer technology that can be the basis for process improvement and innovation
  • Offer adequate capacity and flexibility to our defined needs without interruption or dependency on WOW Logistics for long-term contracts or capital commitments
  • Deliver the best total value in cost and innovation
  • Provide diversity to match closely to our customer base
  • Demonstrate a proactive risk management program with compliant liability insurance

Suppliers may be asked to compete in a bidding process. WOW Logistics may not invite all or substantially all potential bidders in a market to bid but will solicit proposals from multiple suppliers that can comply with the WOW Logistics Supplier Code of Conduct. We request that any bid or proposal include a statement that the supplier will adhere to this policy. The main goal of the proposal process is to minimize costs while ensuring high-quality contractors, services, products, and materials.
